The day that I landed in the Deep Coaching Intensive with Leon VanderPol, I realized that I had been preparing much of my life to be a deep coach.  Many years of inner processing, spiritual questing, and mastering the art of being present through listening to others have come together to design the service I now offer to you for your personal exploration and growth.

 

In my deep coaching practice, I incorporate tools gathered and developed through my personal transformational process:  deep listening, heart connection, mindfulness, body awareness, and challenging and questioning one’s thought processes through logic.  These tools continue to serve me well and, as your deep coach, am qualified to share with you.

 

Being certified as a Deep Transformational Coach, I embody a lifelong dedication to the understanding of the deep transformational process.  I have engendered this understanding through the application of a wide range of modalities.  One of these modalities is Logic-Based Therapy and Consultation, in which I am certified as a Logic-Based Consultant.  I understand that the engagement of the mind through the application of logic can enhance one’s capacity to integrate the gestalt of a transformational experience and to anchor this experience in consciousness.  Additionally, I have a Master of Education degree from Lesley University.  There, I completed an Independent Study Program for my thesis, “Creativity through Jungian Analysis and Experiential Learning.”

 

My years of spiritual questing began with a traditional upbringing in Christianity.  As an adult, I studied other spiritual perspectives:  Kundalini yoga, Vipassana meditation, Jungian Analysis, A Course in Miracles, and the work of Thomas Huebl, to name a few.  For some years, I participated in Waking Down in Mutuality (now Trillium Awakening), where the inner work led me to my experience of "whole-being awakening."

For the last 9 years, I have been a serious student of The Knowledge Book, which has completed my spiritual quest.  The Knowledge Book, “contains all the Frequencies and Energies of the Sacred Books (the Old Testament, the Psalms of David, the New Testament, the Koran and the Philosophies of the Far East), plus Celestial Energies never [before] given and Knowledge that had never been revealed.”

 

Serving people has been at the heart of my existence as a human being.  Professionally, I have practiced as a registered/licensed Occupational Therapist and retain certification as a Home Care Aide.  I am also married and the mother of three grown children.
